Description:
Lil' Tomica Toyota Crown police car. Got it from a vending machine for a $1, the 787B is 1/43rd scale for comparison.

WHAT VENDING MACHINE?! WHERE?! I was considering getting that exact Tomica diecast through eBay or ToyEast a while back for about $6 (s/h included in that price)... But then, after watching Super GALS, I think I'd rather have a Nissan March Tomica police car :P (The main character's mom is a traffic cop that drives a supermini Japanese police car about the size of a March)

Wait, is that diecast 1/64? The 787B is 1/43, so I doubt that... what, is that 1/72? I know Yujin does do some diecasts in that scale...

It's plastic actually, my guess is 1/72 scale. It was a vending machine at a shopping center. They came in little plastic shells. I wanted the Trueno, but the Crown is sweet also.

#2, Oh, didn't even notice the Trueno... surprising now that I'm nutso over Initial D lately... I guess I just like the Japanese police car livery so much so :D

If you really REALLY want a 1/72 Trueno, you can pick one up at ToyEast http://toyeast.com/v3/pdtdetail.asp?pdt_id=A02100275

#5, Believe me, I've already browsed through most of ToyEast's website in terms of Tomica cars... yes, those multi-car packs are relatively cheap, compared to the individual cars, but the shipping costs go up exponentially due to the weight of the box.

Well, I've dabbled in Tomica stuff... first bought 35947 just about two years ago, then got a Tomica '70s Lincoln Continental at a Flea Market for $1 a little after that... it was a while before I got another Tomica diecast, but when that time came... hoboy... 55167 :D

#8, nice. Oh so nice. I was at Target today, but Mattel has stopped shipment of HW till they can completely fill boxes of '07s, so alas I was forced to buy 2 packs. Oh well. The new HW blisters as ricer-freindly as they feature a bright orange car with a carbon fiber hood and wing. Oh well. At least they're still making decent cars. For now. I have also taken interest in Siku and this weekend when I go to Michigan, I will go to this store near my grandpas house and maybe buy some. :D My dormroom is turning into a diecast storem except for the fact that stuff isnt for sale.

#4, We had those at work too. Don't know if we still do. I got a Scion, some truck and something else I can't remember.
