#3, The last time I saw it I believe was at the International Auto + Truck Show in Calgary, 2004. I am thinking this picture might have been taken at a sports car dealership in Calgary called Rennsport.

#5, IIRC, it was the first Lambo I ever saw in person. There was also a yellow 512TR, a silver 360 Spider and red 360 Modena at the show if that rings any bells.
