why is a turbo or supercharger cheating? it's just a power adder. the viper could be supercharged or turborcharged if it wanted to be, but it isn't. so is the 3000gt (with 5 liters and 4 less cylinders, mind you) cheating because it uses turbos? |

Yea, the way I see it an engine is an engine just by itself and the bare necesitys (sp?) When you slap on new exhaust, heads, intake and whatnot that enhancing the engine obviously and so is putting a turbo or a supercharger on it. But to me those mods are just too easy to perform, sure they are more expensive and all but I just like to have an engine kept simple. I guess that's where I get my opinion from. Now in the case of a twin turbo Viper, thats just a brilliant idea. |

you can't expect a NA 3 litre v6 to compete at the same level as a NA 8.3 litre v10. just not possible, that's where turbochargers and superchargers come in. do top fuel diggers cheat? they use BIG FUCKING superchargers. |

Modifying an engine isn't cheating, know what you are up against, and take your beating like a man if you get it, sheesh. |

But this came stock with 2 turbos. Second you lose static compression when supercharging or turboing a car. They have there ups but you do lose out. |
