Ouch, looks like he went under a guard rail or another tall obstacle judging by the fact that the front bumper doesn't appear to be damaged.

#2, It would have had to have been a very tall truck/suv with a wide enough wheelbase to fit a mid-size car underneath judging by how folded back the hood is.
