Ah, overtaking during special stages. Usually occurs if the guy in front has a technical problem, an off or is the organizers slotted the crews wrong. Can be quite fun, especially if it's a dry gravel rally (tons of dust) or if the guy in front doesn't watch his mirrors (and why should he? it's a special stage!). Often there's some rallycross action: nudging and bumping, just to say 'hey, I'm here, mo-fo'.
