Darius stood idly in the background at the firefighters began to unwind their hose and prepared to hose the leaking gasoline, oil, and transmission fluid off of the street. He tapped his right heel casually as he ran through the events of the last 15 minutes under his breath.

"Lost traction at around 95 miles an our, hit the tree, ricocheted off of the Maxima, hit the curb with my wheels, rolled over the top of the Expedition, ended up here. Obviously there is a flaw in my new theory of high-performance advanced driving."

He paused as he watched the automotive fluid-laden water slide off the road and into the gutter.

"Or maybe I shouldn't have had those four bottles of Blue Sky and tried to change the radio station at speed...."
