Needs dog dish hubcaps and a 10 foot whip antenna and one of those little red stick-on lights like on starsky and hutch, then I can drive it on the sidewalk and terrorize people.

And with this car, it would be no hubcaps, black primer paint with red Kyrlon flames behind the front wheel arches, a mailbox welded to the hood as a makeshift scoop (with the flag up), and a rear window decal of a smiley face with a striped tail sticking out of his mouth that says "I EAT PUSSY" above it.
And yes, terrorizing civilians on the sidewalk, while blasting "Metal Health (Bang Your Head)" by Quiet Riot on the cassette deck.
