#1, it was, it had a cover that said Quad4 High Output.

#3, there was one that was like absolutely mint condition running around town, a black two door calais with an F/85 badge iirc, no clue what that means, but it looks exactly like the one pictured, just as mentioned, mint condition, never did geta chance to get a pic of it though.
