1911 Olds 7 passenger car,Went for 1.65 Mill. the only unrestored example in existence. It has never been messed with and everything on it is what was put on at the factory

There comes a point where a car degrades to where originality isn't important anymore. If your car is falling to pieces, it's time to fix it.

#2, It needed tires.

As long as it's straight mechanically, worn paint and leather is fine by me. I'd rather have shabby original than clean and new in this case.

#4, That's my plan too. New tires, keep the rest as is. Also any mechinical work that's necessary.
