Reminds me of when my brother was pulled over for driving too slow many moons ago.

It happens all the time in Nascar, guys getting blackflagged and disqualified from the track for driving too slow... mainly because they were in a wreck, and are just trying to run laps to maybe advance a position or two in their half-assed-repaired wrecks.

Actually, doesn't F1 have a qualifying rule where if you're not within a certain percentage of the leader's qualifying speed, you're disqualified from that weekend's race?

#2, I'm too lazy to look it up, but is there a specific minimum speed you have to stay at, or is it the officials call that you're in the way/a hazard? I'd assume it's a little of both, there's an absolute minimum, and a "and/or" clause that lets them flag you if you can't stay out of the way of traffic well enough or are off the pace by too much.

#5, I believe there's a particular *set* lap time at every track that someone, under full green, has to be able to stay within.
