#2, I'm too lazy to look it up, but is there a specific minimum speed you have to stay at, or is it the officials call that you're in the way/a hazard? I'd assume it's a little of both, there's an absolute minimum, and a "and/or" clause that lets them flag you if you can't stay out of the way of traffic well enough or are off the pace by too much. |
