Plate is registered to a Morris.
Google image search of various Morris cars of the 1920s and 1930s reveals this is most likely a Morris Cowley saloon, 1926-1931 (probably later in that run, since it has high-mounted headlights).

#3, Now having the manufacturer, I just ran a DVLA check: It's a 1931 Morris 1479cc engine, factory color red, registration current. Model name not listed.
