I hate to admit it, but I kinda liked Tokyo Drift. It was cheese that never took itself too seriously... and the over-the-top racing sequences were great popcorn for the brain.

...and I do kinda like the ludicrousness of an old Mustang with a tuned Nissan engine in it. It's nice to see something different that is still relatively powerful and fast.

#1, A friend of mine insisted that the Mustang should have just knocked the 350Z off of the mountain because it was so *obviously* the heavier car. Wikipedia says that a stock Z weighs about 200 lbs more than a stock (V8) Mustang fastback, though. Methinks the Stang would have had some trouble tossing its weight around, especially with the Skyline mill instead of an iron block 390.

I love how people assume that a 40 year old muscle and pony cars weigh two tons or more.

#3, Lies. All lies. Every Japanese Sports car weighs less than 3000lbs, every American sports car weighs over 4000lbs. It's a simple fact.

#5, Sure there's a possibility for arguing... but opinion-swaying? Not a chance :P

#4, there is also a magical cloud of ferry dust hanging over the USA that prevents us from building a car that can turn

NASA scientists have proven it, don't believe the infidel lies!!!111

#7, I imagine that ferry dust would cause a vehicle to turn like a large boat.

Unless it's Ferry Porsche dust.
