Needs a new front valance and grille trim, by the looks of it. Would be a really great-looking Mustang with a little cleanup. I like the wheels.

They just tore down the entire wild west village strip mall and that 2-story wing jutting out of the red building this past weekend. All the stores and businesses on that block are suddenly gone except for most of the red building, which is the historic Danville Hotel. The town is planning to renovate that structure and build the rest of the block up with boring cookie-cutter upper-middle-class modern retail shops/cafes and apparently some apartments. The historic downtown is gradually losing whatever charm it had.

#2, That's a shame. Unless there was some structural problem with this strip mall, I'm not sure how it couldn't meet the needs of what they're planning.
