#1, It was actually a stack of tires held together with a thick wire. It was a part of a fast slalom, I kind of helped myself with the brake and the car snapped on me. All I could do was to kick with my both feet and watch.
All of this is the result of rebuilt brakes (cylinders, hard lines and copper ones too). The rear suddenly started to brake the way it should, too bad the car has the brake balance thingy deleted. And no, they don't sell those, unless I'll get a hold of a working used one I'll have to give it a good thought before applying the brakes.

#2, The dent is deeper than it looks in the pic, the good part is that I don't have glass shards in my face (whew), the mirror is OK, the speaker works and the armrest is now closer. The bad part is that water now gets into the door through the new window-door gap, I can't roll down the window much, the door closes even worse than before, it practically lies on the rocker panel scratching it and that the whole thing (I had to turn around afterwards... and there was no room to do it in one swing) fucking ruined the whole event. Yeah, and the brake situation did too.

#2, You're lucky you didn't end up with glass in your face. That would have sucked.

e: I must have been reading your mind while you typed #3.

#4, Yeah, it's quite common. There was a rally this year I helped to organize and run and there was a CRX that pulled off the same trick and the window exploded into the car. Luckilly the driver used a closed-type helmet but he said he still got some glass under his shirt.

It did kinda buff out, too bad it seems we fucked up the lock with all that pounding.
