Motor Trend said that a CTS-V wagon would need to be strengthened too much for it to be cost-effective to produce in the miniscule numbers it would be sold.
I don't really like it, personally.

That D-pillar bugs the hell out of me. It's just too fucking wide. Either stretch the window back, or curve the trailing edge of the hatch inward more...

#1, I like the V wagon for its absurdity. In that area it is awesome.

All the things they did to it to make it a wagon, though, are just... ugly to me. I feel like they could have done more with it. But then again, the sales estimates probably dictated the design somewhat (i.e. shape of the C-pillar), and it doesn't matter what I think of its design because an unemployed college student likely won't be able to afford one of these for a long time. Oh well.
