Designed by a former Chrysler engineer, built in Huntsville Alabama, powered by one of a pair of Hercules-built flathead 4 cylinders (a 65 cubic inch version with 25 horsepower, or a much more viable 133 cubic version with 49 horsepower). X-trussed frame with seven cross members, 9 inch hydraulic brakes, 12 inch steel wheels, and a body made from locally-sourced Alabama ash put together by local labor.

Apparently a big part of the concept was that station wagons at the time were significantly more expensive than the sedans they were based on, so the Keller would only be available as a wagon, sold cheaply to undercut its larger competitors. Keller somewhat optimistically set up to produce 16,000 cars in their first year, and if that goal was met, hoped to sell an average of 72,000 cars per year every year after....when only 110,000 station wagons of all makes were sold in 1948. In other words, another company sunk by blind optimism.
