#37, Step 1: Highlight the link. Step 2: Hit 'Ctrl' + 'c' Step 3: Open new browser window. Step 4: Clear URL/Address bar, and make sure the icon's blinking in it. Step 5: Hit 'Ctrl' + 'v' Step 6: Hit enter, and voila.
