Love the original Dodge Magnums. Very rare, and great styling for the time period. Also, Chrysler's last B-body.

#7, Well, they're definitely rarer than Thunderbirds or Monte Carlos of similar vintage... I imagine that there are a lot of junky ones out there... so if you find a nice-condition one, that's probably particularly rare.

#7, 48,000 were sold in 1978 and about 31,000 were sold in 1979. Pretty decent sellers, overall, but few still remain.

Some are rarer, too, depending on options: In 1978, 5,800 1978s were sold with the 400ci big block, 2,300 had the sunroof, 5,000 had T-tops, and just 861 were Magnum GTs.

In 1979, 1,400 had the sunroof, 3,704 had T-tops, and 1,700 were GTs.
