It's not that rare, that's the fucked up part. Apparently practically every member of the Tucker Club message boards has a copy of it, in fact it was on that forum that I discovered the link to the auction, where they were commenting that the seller is out of his mind.

signed by preston tucker himself and includes the keys and gps coordinates to a tucker hidden away in a garage in backwoods idaho....than maybe I could see it going for $25K.
