Looks like the tow trucks from Grand Theft Auto: The Lost and Damned.

#1, ? http://igcd.net/vehicle.php?id=14970

...apparently, "The Lost and the Damned" also introduces a Pacer doppelganger, called the "Rhapsody" (not the first time I've seen a Pacer doppelganger in a videogame using that name)

#3, You saying they did that as an homage to Driver having a Pacer with the name "Rhapsody"?

I know GTA and Driver have been poking fun at each other over the years... has anyone ever cataloged/grouped-together all the instances of the back-and-forth between the two series?

Its more of an homage to Wayne's World. There is a picture of wayne and garth on the dashboard.

#5, I realize the reference to Wayne's World... I was wondering if wimbles was mentioning that both Driver and GTA called their Pacers "Rhapsody" as part of their back-and-forth between the series, or they both, independently, references Wayne's World on their own.

#2, That's the one.

The list of references between GTA and Driver, AFAIK:

- GTA III makes a reference to a "strangely animated" undercover cop named Tanner, who is "useless outside of his vehicle." This is poking fun at the walking animations and lack of on-foot gameplay in Driver 2.

- Driv3r free roam levels have characters named "Timmy Vermicelli" to hunt down and kill, an obvious reference to Vice City's Tommy Vercetti. He also wears water wings, to make fun of the fact that early GTA games had characters that didn't swim.

- San Andreas has a character playing a video game in one scene, who says "How could Refractions (an obvious play on Reflections, developed of Driver) screw up so bad? Tanner, you suck!"

- The next reference also came from Rockstar, with the Rhapsody in GTA: Lost and Damned. Not only were they both Pacer-based and had the same name, but both even looked the same, even where the car had been changed from the actual Pacer, such as the headlights and grille.
