#7, To be fair, some people just dont like people takin random pics of their cars, police or not. I'd cuss out someone if they just pulled up and started taking pics of my car without my permission, and I am involved in no kind of illegal activity.

#8, That's just stupid. Like it or not, some people are into cars, and will take pictures. If it's in public domain (ie not in a driveway) I shoot it. If you don't like it, move the car. It's that simple.
