Looks like a movie still....some guy has just come from the farm to the "big city," and the truck is just passing by the camera while Christmas music plays in a "sights of the city" montage.

#4, Possibly. I'm pretty sure the genre would be action comedy, and the protagonist would have to "save Christmas" somehow.

I'm also sure Christopher Lloyd would be in it, probably playing a crazy janitor or something. And Dermot Mulroney would be in there somewhere, because he was in every 1990s movie.
