#2, I don't know whether it is or not. I found it via Hemmings. The dealer selling it doesn't list its history or builder.

It is indeed a flower car, and I recognize the McClain coachwork, unusual in that they were actually based on Calais coupes, rather than the normal Cadillac "professional car" chassis.
