Those are the same style of hubcap as the one I keep hanging on my wall, but that one has the Ford crest in the middle and an imitation three-prong spinner around it. I think it's probably from a Galaxie.

Looks very nice for what it is. I'm guessing a 6cyl car that's either had the C-scoop trim removed or it's actually a '65 with a '66 grille. Is this Tahoe Turquoise? It doesn't look quite like 1965 Dynasty Green because there's too much blue in it.
