Pastel colors just can't be taken seriously on any car built after about 1965, but will be totally unquestioned on anything from there back to about 1955... wonder why that is?

#2, That was the era when pastels were considered fashionable. Back then, you could even get a Rolex watch in this color. Seriously. |

#3, Yeah, er, that's just what I want, a watch the color of a salmon fillet.....
Though, by the same token, you can tell which houses in the neighborhood have a high chance of being owned by senior citizens, based on the fact that they still have their pastel turquoise or coral window shutters and striped awnings :) |
