Looks like some traffic car that would get lightly rear-ended by a '73 Ford pickup on the freeway in CHiPs, then spin around and run halfway up an embankment, just barely avoiding rolling over.....
.....then get destroyed three episodes later after a fleeing suspect in a 1968 Cougar XR-7 broadsides it at an intersection.

#2, Sharp-eyed viewers will know its the same car because it still has the dents from the near rollover BEFORE it gets hit.
