There's a brand of wheelchair lift here called "Entervan", and every time I see it, I hear a bad William Shatner voice.......... and now YOU DO TO!

Y'know, I wonder how expensive this body conversion was at the time. Would it have been more cost effective to simply lower the suspension on a high-roof Land Rover/Defender?

They made about 50 of these per year, and they started with a Metro 1.3. They also did Escort conversions too, and may or may not have built an XR3 van too.
