Description:
Dodge Dakota. About the only non-trashed first gen left in town, despite the fact it's been a sign-painter's work truck it's entire life. Pretty impressive.

Contractors and handymen that have an older truck, but maintained very well, that goes a bit of a way towards me feeling comfortable trusting them... I'm always leery of the ones with brand-new, fully-loaded, shiny work trucks... or the ones with beat-to-shit vehicles that look like they're on their last legs.

#1, There's a company out my way that uses a small fleet of restored 1964-66 Chevy C-10 pickups and one flatbed. They did the siding on my grandma's house.

Extra bonus points, this appears to be a debut year truck going by the lack of a 3rd brake light.

Around here, the only other ones that are even still running are owned by those creepy guys who raid dumpsters at night for appliances to strip the wires from and sell the copper for scrap, and they look about as good as that description suggests....

#2, Now that's a damn fine way to do positive marketing.
