Description:
Real nice car. It sucks that you can't take it over 87 mph, if you do, you'll be sorry.... |

acttualy, DeLorean is not a fast car, i dont think it could go up to 88.lol... mr DeLorean made a big mistake on designing this car. the car was overweight, under power(130hp plushing 3200 som lbs) the stainless-steel body is hella hard to repair |

due to the power complaints, they actually tried developing a twin turbo version.
200hp, 0 - 60 in 5 seconds, and a top speed of over 140mph. Unfortunately the company closed before this option could be offered...useless trivia :) |

they would make about 130 mph. It just took em a while to get there. And they did make a twin turbo version. Emphasis on "a." There is exactly 1 original twin turbo delorean out there... I always fantasized about a Lotus Esprit inline-6 back there, myself. |

That V6 engine is really crap. Bad milage and breaks easily. The engine is called "PRV" as in Peugeou, Renault, Volvo, they developed it togehter. |
