It looks like a car that would be driven by a pretty blonde that Starsky and Hutch are vying for the attention of, just before she's tragically killed by a car bomb intended for them.

#2, Dammit, that's the 4th one this month! You know, extraterrestrial archeologists decoding our TV signals from background radiation centuries from now will see that and conclude we as a race lived to chase each other in strange metal contraptions from abandoned Los Angeles area warehouse to abandoned Los Angeles area warehouse, shoot at each other ineffectually, and then beat each other into submission, in a ritual that took almost exactly 23 minutes to the second to conclude.....

#1, Something about it looks fundamentally wrong to me - maybe those tiny wheels, small wheelbase + large overhangs?
