The photographer managed to get a gallery show for his series of these things. The artist press release sounds painfully pretentious. :/

#3, A lot of the stuff in the pictures are things I wouldn't bother shooting. Oh hey, a Yaris in a driveway under a tarp! Maybe we should get into the art business and make money BSing people about snapshots of parked cars.

I give the guy credit, he worked for National Geographic and has been to Pripyat, but this is kind of pushing it for an art gallery showing.
