Y'know, aside from the J-body Cavalier and fullsize Caprices, all of Chevy's FWD sedans of the '80s and '90s were kinda a blur to me.
It's weird when I discover which ones were considered "midsize" and which were "compact"... even now, I'm surprised to find that this thing was the direct replacement for the Citation.
To be honest, and it could just me getting old, I'm starting to get the same "blur" feeling with all of their fucking crossovers.
#1, I've been resisting the urge to snark at a YouTuber I sometimes watch who is a Chevy dealer salesman. He had one video showcasing the entire dealer inventory at the height of the microchip/supply chain issue and everything they had was bland grayscale trucks and crossovers and one gray Camaro. The most interesting thing on the lot (to me) was a used Impala. GM is just dead to me anymore. I hate feeling so jaded about new cars.
Regarding your comment about the FWD sedans, I still like the 1995+ Lumina at least in LTZ trim. Had no idea they were still making the thing in 2001. Hell, the Corsica lasted nearly a decade by itself.
