That top Cadillac is pretty much a parts car. The bottom one might be restorable.

The 1960 Plymouth looks remarkably solid, given how unrestored Mopars of that era tend to be rust buckets.

#1, The Plymouth does look solid aside from where it appears nearly a foot worth of quarter panel has been cut completely away across the bottom. And the door looks pretty rusted at the bottom too.

#2, The missing lower quarter shows how solid it appears underneath, though. The wheelwell even seems to be fully present.
