I'll guarantee the torn, faded velour interior smells like hair product. And I'll bet it does run and drive, but with a rough idle, a leaking exhaust, and an idler shaft that takes a full second to engage when the column shifter is moved.

#1, And if it were a Lincoln Versailles, I guarantee it would be 99% complete but would not run and drive because the rear end would have already been harvested.

That was the case with the last Versailles I saw for sale. Seller had a near perfect running example but refused to include the rear end in the sale.
