A Type LT, from the looks of it, but with slightly newer Z/28 wheels.

And it doesn't look bad at all.

I just assumed these wheels were optional on all Camaros.

One thing I need to correct myself on, after a double check of period literature: I called them newer, because they're body-matched, as opposed to the 1970-1974 Z/28 "gunmetal" finish. But it's still the exact same wheel.

This wheel style was mostly exclusive to the Z/28 from 1970-1974 and 1977-1981. But it was apparently offered on RS models for 1975 only. It would appear they dropped them entirely for the single year of 1976.

They were available on the 1977-1981 Z/28s as well, in body-color form.
