#5, They only made a couple hundred of them, so you can pretty much assume any Cobra you see is a replica.

#7, unless its a 289 one, and even then they are rare too. however you could always get a new REAL 427 cobra, if you want to drop 80-100k

You can tell the 289s from the 427s easily, though. 289s don't have the big fender flares and the 427s don't have grille inserts.
