i have something similar on my rear window...that dude whose nose pokes out over the hill...forget what he's called...drew it myself with a glass marker

the accent has a smiley face with X's in place of eyes and the tongue stuck out

Something that I've sorta noticed... Chevrolet usually put a lot of Camaro influence into the Cavalier... the taillights on the first-style Cavaliers, like this one, are similar to 3rd-gen Camaros, and to some extent, the newer-style Cavalier's taillights were similar to the 4th-gen Camaros...

Also, seats, steering wheels, and other switchgear for the Cavaliers were often lifted straight out of a Camaro's interior. (I rode in a friend's '91 Camaro once, and was amazed that the seats, steering wheel, and automatic shifter were identical to my old '94 Cavalier wagon's.)
