I hate the Altezza taillights on the Lightning. I hate crotch rockets. But hey, they're both fast, so what the hell, I like this pic.

#4, They're factory lights trying to look like Altezza lights. Nissan's doing it (Altima), Mazda's doing it (6), and other companys are doing it too...it's the latest fad...ick.

#9, No, I'm not saying you're wrong, I'm just saying that "Crystalline Lenses" is the term Ford is using for these taillights, which are supposed to look like Altezza lights...

I get your point. Different strokes for different folks, these look better than the 99-00 L tail lights. IMHO

Oh, and by Altezza taillights, I mean the kind you see on "tuned" Neons, Civics, etc...not specifically the kind found on the Toyota Altezza/Lexus IS.

#13...my truck is an import and my dads truck is an import. my truck 87 mazda B2000 and it still runs strong. all it needs a carbuerator rebuild. my dad's truck is an 02 tacoma and it runs fantastic. not to argue but i dont mind imports as long as they have more torque than HP :) [Edited by fordtacomaz on 11-28-2002 @ 10:03:39 PM]

#13, I have no problem with imports...I have problems with people thinking 4 cylinder and/or FWD cars are the best cars in the world, and slapping Pep Boys farttips, Altezzas, bodykits, and stickers all over them... My feelings about the new taillights on the Lightning. Even though I hate Altezzas (or whatever Ford wants to call them), it's stock, so I can't yell at the owner for having those taillights. Plus, the Lightning is actually pretty damn fast, so I like it.
