what really pisses me off about living up here, really the only thing, is you can't get decent guiness. they serve it in goddamn cans, not a draft in sight...

Thats what I was thinking but not haveing steering is a bit of a turn off. (no pun intended) Because on a drift car you would try to make it so you still had some sort of control.

CRX, sounds like you need to come up to O'Connell's in Norman. Guinness on tap. Damn good stuff.

well, not really Getting To Know Your Car, because even with studded tires on RWD platform (on all 4 wheels) there's gonna be a noticible delay between you turning the car and the car actually moving. and the traction isn't consistent at all, so you'll just spin randomly. FWD or AWD is the only way to go on ice. you're welcome to try in the stang, of course, max, if you can find some ice to do it on. But I want to see a video of you if you do...

CRX get this we in Australia make Guiness better and more exact to the orginal recipe than the Irish.

might just do that, except it's a bit of a ways away, and the truck doesn't have an engine right now...

Oh, you can still steer, but you can't do anything drastic. But it's not like you're totally out of control either. And I do my ice drifting in the empty parking lot at OU's basketball arena.... 5,000 parking spaces, 8 light poles. Easy to stay out of trouble there.

well, anyway, my point remains. woe befall the man who goes ice racing in a RWD car, that's all I have to say.

Of course they do. Max's Law: if there's a way for someone to kill themselves by being a stupid mofo, no matter how small the probability or how hard it is to find, someone WILL.

And yeah, lots of pickup donuts, but there's me, and there's some crazy bastard in an SVT Contour who is ALWAYS out there tearing it up after it snows or we get ice. A few others, too.

So would you say Foster's is like Australia's Natty Light? I don't like it myself... too weak for me.
