Ehhhh....I dunno. A small block V8 sounds like fun for this thing, but it does sorta look ricey. Just a little. I'd rate it a "3".

Is it a Miata? The taillights look similar, but I don't know. It looks kinda like a Panoz Esperante, although it looks too small.

It's a Miata with a mild body kit.

That translates to:
402 HP
361 lb ft of torque
2645 lb

Pretty impressive

"Not bad" is an understatement.

I don't care for the hood vents, but it probably needs them; I don't like the color, but so what! This is like a modern-day Shelby Cobra. Bitchin'.

You know, this IS a modern day Shelby Cobra! Light, small, nimble handling chassis, with a big ass Ford engine in it! Put non-colored, non-chrome rims on it, and paint it a different color (maybe silver with black stripes?), and it would be something I'd be proud to drive.

the car is torn down to the frame, widened, reinforced, and put back together with the v8 in place. there's no blower, just a supercharger. Monster Miatas in California does the conversion...

no, jiffy, those are different types of superchargers. the term "blower" is slang for a supercharger, but it generally implies a cut hood and an intake protruding. the bottom one is the type generally associated with those kind of intakes, but blower can be applied to any type of forced induction superchargers mainly, however.

sorry CRX, thats what I meant, but I couldn't find any pics with the hood scoop sitting on top of the intake, which is the traditional "blower". I was just trying to say that not all Superchargers stick outta the hood...

This is cool. Don't like the color, but I can't hate a V8 in a teeny little car.
