I think that looks like a tunnel ram. I don't see a blower anywhere. This rocks either way.

I've seen cars at the track with front wheels totally locked up while burning the tires.......it can happen!

ofcouse, once the rear wheel is spining, there is nothing stopping it but the weak rear dumbs. and there are device to lock up just the front brake like the e-brake for doing brake stands

Unless it's modified from stock, it would have discs up front and drums in back
