#3414, You can't exchange money in the game, and you can't race someone whose skill level is too far above or below yours. So nobody here can give you money, and nobody can sandbag while racing you because they're out of your level. Hell, with as much money as they all have and as fast as their cars are they probably couldn't sandbag even if they could race you.
