Description:
I saw this teal Neon with blue bumpers and a huge white wing. The next time I saw the car, it had contracted some type of disease and the bumpers turned white and become very swollen. |

The wing is droopy.... (speed droop?) and the kit belongs to another car I"m pretty sure

ooh... riceritis struck the car, causing the bumpers and wing to swell up in size...
