#3, Monty Python reference. It's an English song, which is supposed to go "And did those feet, in ancient times, walk upon England's mountains green" (something like that), but they had an episode called "Teeth", where they kept singing that. |

#8, Yep, that was it. Except it was right after the title "teeth" came up. Eric Idle was strumming an acoustic guitar and singing "And did those teeth, in ancient times". |
