Come to think of it,what exactly does sticky mean??
That the fat obese ricer driver reminds him he needs to buy STICKY BUNS at the local grocery store? He needs more STICKY TIRES??? His mis-matched rims SHOULD MATCH?? I dunno. |

Not ricey at all. Probably has his racing tires on his stock wheels to save the wear on the nicer ones. Lots of people do that.
