edit: And to complete the goofiness, it needs to have one of the headlights missing and one of those HKS SuperMegaFlow filters jutting out the front.

I think the "taillights painted to match body color" means that Maaco got overspray all over his taillights and he decided to finish the job. :-P
I really hate it when people do this kind of stuff to CRXs, though. They're one of the few Hondas (especially for that era) that I actually like. They're pretty lightweight little cars and can be made decently quick, when riceboys aren't busy weighing them down with useless crap.
