Makes a lot of sense to take a POS that is marginally useful both on and off road and put dumb-ass wheels on it that turns it into a total POS both on and off the road.

#3, Nah, it wasn't blinged. Funny, though. If you look at the guy's windshield, you can see a green envelope under the windshield wiper (parking ticket). It was apparently a student car parked in a faculty space. Dummy.
