"MR2's can be made very fast - and when a small car mid-engined car is made fast - then i'll take safety out of the equation." what?

#43, But why thorw out the safety aspect? Do you mean because the car is safer, or more dangerous? |

#44, no - becasue affordable compact mid-engined cars are no more (the 3rd gen MR2 isn't exactly entry level).
Things like 1st gen MR2's and Fiero's (someday - someday) - when made fast are worth forgetting about safety issues. |

#45, Oh, I see. Agreed. If a car is fun, it being small is a good compromise. If it's boring, why take the risk? |

i got an accident story for you...a '95ish mercedes benz rear-ended me in the rain doing like 30, i was driving my el camino at the time...the damage to my car was scratched chrome on my bumper, and a bent exhaust tip (it went through his headlight)...the whole front of the other car was smashed in ;p |

yeah...i feel safest in my el camino when driving and i can't stand being in the front seat of little cars. it scares the hell outta me...mainly cause i've seen 'em crash before and its not a pretty sight...unless its a ricer, then its slightly funny. |
