I actually tried going to one of these yesterday. I won a free Sony Handicam. After I filled out all the information, they said I was just one step away from having it shipped. The next step was I had to buy something from one of their sponsors to get it. >_<
Granted, it was still a good deal, join EBAY and place 1 bid on anything, Join the Literary club and get 6 books for $2, etc. I just don't have ANY money, so it was impossible.
