#20, sweet. Good info there. Thanx.

If I did ever get a vette, it would probably be a newer one or an early to mid 90s one. I liked the comfort level on those. Plus, they already had some heat. :-)

#21, Are you sure you'd fit in a mid '90s Corvette? My dad was looking at a new one around '86-88, and he couldn't fit in it comfortably. Maybe Chevy gave the C4 Corvette some more interior room since then.

#22, I think the newer Vettes have more room. I sat in a C5 and I would have had to have moved the seat up a lot to reach the petals, but I am only 5'6".....

#22, They must have. Its kind of a tight fit though. Its pretty nice once I get in, but I wouldn't want it for long trips. There is very little move around room.

#23, The C5 is really comfortable for me. The seat puts me right in the sweet spot for maximum visability and control.

#24, My dad's '81 is actually a GREAT car for long trips...with the t-tops off, on a warm cloudless day...it's awesome.

#17, 240z and 260zs don't have back seats unless they are 2+2s in which they look like they were streched and throw off the lines. The 260z I'm looking at is only a 2 seater. Lots of room :)

To answer an earlier question, the first-gen MR2s, such as this one here, came with an optional supercharger, the second generation (the curved body style) came with optional turbochargers. I'd still prefer the super-lightweight path and get a first-gen non-turbo and lose as much weight as possible, then maybe make some cam/piston adjustments. That would be sweeeet....

#1, I'm nearly 6 foot and have plenty of headroom.

#32, Like mine, I have a TRD header, magnex cat delete exhaust (imported from england) TRD high lift cams and sprockets, custom intake with K&N conical air filter and a few other tasty mods... Trust me, 140 HP doesn't sound much but when you weigh around a ton, it is.
